Orders & Shipping
Canvas prints offer a classic gallery look with a textured, warm finish on stretched canvas. Metal prints are modern and sleek, printed on aluminum for exceptional color vibrancy and a contemporary aesthetic. Metal prints are our premium line.
Yes! All our prints come ready to hang. Canvas prints have built-in mounting hardware, and metal prints include a float mount that creates a stunning 3D effect on your wall.
Canvas: Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Metal: Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner if needed. Both use archival, UV-resistant inks for long-lasting color.
Products & Materials
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Canvas prints typically arrive within 7-10 business days, while metal prints may take 10-14 business days due to the specialized printing process.
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 14-21 business days. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Metal prints can only be shipped within the US (Please note: Metal prints are available for US shipping only).
Limited Editions
Each artwork in our collections is produced in limited quantities. Once all prints of a particular piece are sold, it's retired permanently. This ensures your art remains exclusive.
Generally, no. Limited edition pieces are not restocked once sold out. However, we occasionally release special editions or new colorways of popular pieces.
Product pages display stock levels. When inventory is low (under 10 units), you'll see a "Only X left" notice.
Custom Prints
Absolutely! Our upload feature lets you print your own images on our premium canvas or metal materials. Just make sure your image is high resolution (at least 300 DPI at print size).
We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF files. For best results, use RGB color mode and files at least 300 DPI at your desired print size.
We offer basic color correction and optimization as part of our print process. For extensive editing, we recommend working with a professional before uploading.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our quality. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund your purchase within 30 days. Custom prints with customer-provided images are final sale.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you. We carefully package every order, but if something goes wrong, we make it right.
